This method is becoming increasingly popular with Semi-Permanent Eyebrows. By definition, ombré blends various shades into each other on a gradient scale. 2 hand tools are manually used to create hair strokes and shading for added dimension. The undertone shadowing for this style of tattooing creates a gentle powdered effect.
